Pediatric Care Coordination:

Community of Practice

Monday, April 13, 2020

Greetings!

As we prepare and live with the continued impact of COVID-19 in our professional and personal lives, we recognize that this is a challenging time for all of us and most especially for the children, youth, young adults, and families we serve. As we navigate this COVID-19 pandemic, we want to thank you all for keeping everyone safe as we respond to the crisis in our communities while learning to operate in fundamentally different ways.

The Pediatric Care Coordination: Community of Practice is undergoing transformation. I am pleased to share with you that ACET, Inc. has been selected to support the facilitation and implementation of our Community of Practice. Work has begun; please note our new logo and newsletter format. We are in the process of building a new website that has increased accessibility and will include a statewide contact list with the dissemination of relevant, helpful information. We have also scheduled our next webinar – see info below.

When we maintain relationships and stay connected to the people and activities that keep us grounded, we can find the strength and support to get through these challenging times together.

Thank you, Wendy Berghorst
