Nicole (Nikki) Warren (She/Her/Hers) is the disability analyst lead on the State Medical Review Team (SMRT)

Emily Olson Bio: Supervises the disability analysts on the State Medical Review Team (SMRT) and has been with the team for nearly 5 years. Prior to joining SMRT, Emily represented individuals applying for Social Security Disability benefits as a non-attorney representative.

Nicole Warren Bio: Is the the disability analyst lead on the State Medical Review Team (SMRT) and has been with the team for 7 years. Prior to joining SMRT, Nikki worked as a Lead Disability Case Manager for a large disability firm, assisting hundreds of clients in the Social Security Disability application and appeals process.
