Nicole Berning (she/her) - Autism Clinical Lead for the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit. Nicole currently provides consultation, training and technical assistance to early intervention providers across the state on EIDBI policies and procedures. In addition, she provides training to caregivers of children with ASD and related conditions on the services and supports available and how to access them.
Kim Hicks (she/her) - Autism policy lead with MN Department of Human Services. She has worked in the field of disabilities since 1999. She has worked as a direct support professional, special education teacher, disability advocacy, and policy maker. Kim is also the parent of children with disabilities, including autism.
