Marcy LaCroix Bio - has been at Disability Hub MN™ for over 6 years and is currently a Community Capacity Builder. She has spent the past 30 years working in the disability community and has a passion for person-centered thinking and planning. She also holds additional certifications as a Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and as a Community Partner Work Incentive Coordinator (CPWIC) from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Lauren Gower Bio- graduated from Oregan State University and has worked at Disability Hub MN™ for over 4 years. She started as an Options Counselor and became a Work and Benefit Expert before starting work as a Community Capacity Builder. She holds additional certifications as a Community Partner Work Incentive Coordinator (CPWIC) from Virginia Commonwealth University as well as a Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Heather Stillwell Bio - graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth and has worked in human services for almost 30 years. She has worked for Disability Hub MN™ for the past 6 years, starting as an Options Counselor and becoming a Work and Benefits Expert prior to starting as a Community Capacity Builder. She holds additional certifications as a Community Partner Work Incentive Coordinator (CPWIC) from Virginia Commonwealth University with additional credentials for working with transition-aged youth from Cornell University. She is also certified as a Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
