Josh Stein Bio: Dr. Stein is the clinical director and an attending clinician at the Brooklyn Park Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and operates a clinic out of the Brooklyn Park Medical Office Building. The clinic is used as a bridge for patients leaving PHP until they can see their outpatient provider. Common goals for the PHP and clinic site are patient-centered care that focuses on increasing functioning at home, functioning in school including extracurricular activities, and in social settings. The focus for care is not just on immediate obstacles and gains but on improving long-term trajectories as well. As the president of the Minnesota Society for Child Adolescent Psychiatry, he focuses on local and national advocacy for children’s mental health with the goal to increase access to quality care.

Sarah Baker Bio: Sarah has been working with youth and families at PrairieCare since 2009 as a social worker and therapist. As one of the original clinicians involved with the Minnesota Psychiatric Consultation Service, Sarah has helped create the protocols, guides, and the current referrals database that is used throughout the state. She has been the primary Triage Clinical Social Worker since 2012 and helps with not only triage and referral, but also with training sessions, education, and community outreach. Sarah is dedicated to the service and expanding its reach throughout the state of Minnesota.

Linda Vukelich Bio: Linda led the efforts in the implementation of the first model of the Minnesota Psychiatric Consultation Service in 2011. This included grant writing, project coordination, and the development of the Fast-Tracker, a comprehensive and searchable database for mental health referrals and resources in Minnesota. Linda has been a vital part of the Psychiatric Assistance Line team helping to further develop the Fast-Tracker and assisting with community outreach and training sessions.
